QSD anla\u015fman\u0131n detaylar\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131:
“Bu anla\u015fma; askeri g\u00fc\u00e7lerin temas noktalar\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilmesini, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin Hesek\u00ea ve Qami\u015flo kent merkezlerine konu\u015fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, b\u00f6lgede g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin entegrasyon s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve QSD’ye ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 tugaydan olu\u015fan bir t\u00fcmen ile Halep Valili\u011finin yetkisi alt\u0131ndaki bir t\u00fcmen b\u00fcnyesinde Koban\u00ea’den bir tugay\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fckme ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
“Anla\u015fma ayr\u0131ca, \u00d6zerk Y\u00f6netim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n Suriye devleti kurumlar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesine entegre edilmesini ve g\u00f6revdeki personelin kadroya al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir.
