Ancak ayn\u0131 c\u00fcmle, fark\u0131nda olmadan \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ideolojik kayman\u0131n kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralayabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u201cama\u201d, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahaleyi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir, hatta me\u015fru hale getiren bir e\u015fik i\u015flevi g\u00f6r\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tam da bu noktada teorik bir ayr\u0131m yapmak zorunludur. Vladimir Lenin\u2019in i\u015faret etti\u011fi gibi, siyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler tek bir \u00e7eli\u015fkiye indirgenemez. \u0130ran \u00f6rne\u011finde en az iki farkl\u0131 m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mektedir: birincisi emperyalist m\u00fcdahaleye kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcyen d\u0131\u015fsal m\u00fccadele; ikincisi ise toplumun kendi i\u00e7indeki \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu iki m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131n\u0131 birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak, analizde ciddi bir bulan\u0131kl\u0131k yarat\u0131r. Emperyalizme kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak, mevcut siyasal d\u00fczeni onaylamak anlam\u0131na gelmez. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde bir rejimi ele\u015ftirmek de d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahaleyi me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmaz. Bu ikisini birbirine ba\u011flayan her yakla\u015f\u0131m, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak ya emperyalizmi aklar ya da i\u00e7 bask\u0131 mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihsel deneyimler bu konuda son derece a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. 2003 Irak \u0130\u015fgali s\u00fcrecinde de benzer bir s\u00f6ylem dola\u015f\u0131ma sokulmu\u015ftu: \u201cRejim k\u00f6t\u00fc, m\u00fcdahale gerekli.\u201d Ancak sonu\u00e7, ne demokrasi ne de \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck oldu. Bir devlet \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc, bir toplum par\u00e7aland\u0131 ve bir \u00fclke uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcrecek bir istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k sarmal\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcklendi. Bu \u00f6rnek, d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahalelerin \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirici\u201d de\u011fil, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 karakterini a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buradan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sonu\u00e7 nettir: Bir \u00fclkenin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen askeri g\u00fc\u00e7lerle de\u011fil, i\u00e7eriden y\u00fckselen toplumsal m\u00fccadelelerle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ihra\u00e7 edilemez; ancak in\u015fa edilebilir. Bu in\u015fa s\u00fcreci ise ancak o toplumun kendi dinamikleriyle, kendi \u00e7eli\u015fkileri i\u00e7inde geli\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran ba\u011flam\u0131nda da benzer bir durum s\u00f6z konusudur. \u00dclkede var olan siyasal ve toplumsal sorunlar, ger\u00e7ek ve tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir meselelerdir. Ancak bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahaleye havale edilemez. Aksi halde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u015fey, bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme de\u011fil; yeni bir ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k bi\u00e7imi olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn \u201crejim k\u00f6t\u00fc ama\u201d diyerek kurulan s\u00f6ylem, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman fark\u0131nda olmadan emperyalist politikalar\u0131n ideolojik zeminine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu s\u00f6ylem, m\u00fcdahaleyi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a savunmasa bile, onu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel alan\u0131 geni\u015fletir. Bu da ele\u015ftirinin y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc, i\u00e7 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ihtiyac\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahale beklentisine kayd\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oysa ger\u00e7ek bir ele\u015ftirel pozisyon, bu iki hatt\u0131 ayn\u0131 anda kurabilmeyi gerektirir. Hem emperyalizme kar\u015f\u0131 net bir duru\u015f almak, hem de i\u00e7erideki bask\u0131 mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamak. Bu ikili tutum, kolay de\u011fildir; ancak teorik olarak en tutarl\u0131 ve politik olarak en gerekli olan budur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak \u0130ran tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, basit bir \u201ciyi rejim \u2013 k\u00f6t\u00fc rejim\u201d ya da \u201cm\u00fcdahale \u2013 m\u00fcdahalesizlik\u201d ikilemine indirgenemez. As\u0131l mesele, halklar\u0131n kendi kaderlerini belirleme hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunurken, bu hakk\u0131n d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan gasp edilmesine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kabilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne emperyalizm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunar, ne de mevcut bask\u0131 d\u00fczenleri.
