Mahkeme, U\u00e7ar hakk\u0131nda \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyeli\u011fi\u201d iddias\u0131yla tutuklama karar\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Ezilenlerin Hukuk B\u00fcrosu, \u201cMeslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z, ESP E\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Sezin U\u00e7ar tutukland\u0131. Savunma boyun e\u011fmeyecek, arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 alaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcr Hukuk\u00e7ular Derne\u011fi (\u00d6HD) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada ise tutuklama karar\u0131na tepki g\u00f6sterilerek \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmeye yer verildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00dcyemiz ve ESP E\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Avukat Sezin U\u00e7ar hakk\u0131nda tutuklama karar\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir.
