Bu, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmekte olan bir imparatorlu\u011fun, kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek ad\u0131na halklara y\u00f6neltti\u011fi sistematik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u015fiddetin tarihsel bir ifadesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrecin merkezinde yer alan \u0130ttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti, yaln\u0131zca i\u00e7 kriz dinamikleriyle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerle kurdu\u011fu ittifak ili\u015fkileri i\u00e7inde hareket etmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda Alman \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ile kurulan askeri ve siyasal ittifak, Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netiminin politikalar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen \u00f6nemli bir zemin yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Alman emperyalizminin b\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 ile \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar\u0131n ulus-devlet in\u015fa hedefleri kesi\u015fmi\u015f; bu kesi\u015fim, halklara y\u00f6nelen \u015fiddetin maddi ve siyasal zeminini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015ftir. Bu durum, sorumlulu\u011fu ortadan kald\u0131rmaz; aksine, emperyalizm ile yerel egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n nas\u0131l i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7ti\u011fini daha a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 iktidar, i\u00e7eride homojen bir ulus yaratma hedefi do\u011frultusunda, ba\u015fta Ermeni halk\u0131 olmak \u00fczere gayrim\u00fcslim halklar\u0131 \u201ctehdit\u201d olarak kodlam\u0131\u015f ve sistematik bir tasfiye s\u00fcrecini devreye sokmu\u015ftur. Ancak bu yaln\u0131zca ulusal bir mesele de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda a\u00e7\u0131k bir s\u0131n\u0131fsal boyut ta\u015f\u0131r. Ermeni n\u00fcfusun ticaret, zanaat ve kent ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki birikimi, zorla el konulan m\u00fclklerle birlikte ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir servet transferine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yeni olu\u015fan egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ekonomik temeli, bu m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirme ve ya\u011fma \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ermeni halk\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bu yok etme politikalar\u0131, ayn\u0131 tarihsel d\u00f6nemde S\u00fcryani (Sayfo) ve Rum Pontus halklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelen sald\u0131r\u0131larla birlikte ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Anadolu\u2019nun kadim halklar\u0131n\u0131n sistemli bi\u00e7imde tasfiye edildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu yaln\u0131zca bir n\u00fcfus m\u00fchendisli\u011fi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni bir egemenlik d\u00fczeninin kurulu\u015f s\u00fcrecidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tarihi, yaln\u0131zca resmi kurulu\u015f anlat\u0131lar\u0131yla de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda halklara kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen bu t\u00fcr katliamlar ve zorla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerle \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde de bu \u00e7izgi farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde devam etmi\u015ftir. Gayrim\u00fcslim az\u0131nl\u0131klar, Varl\u0131k Vergisi gibi uygulamalarla ekonomik olarak tasfiye edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler ve bask\u0131larla toplumsal ya\u015famdan d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: T\u00fcrk burjuvazisinin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve halklar\u0131n ortak birikiminin zor yoluyla el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrecin en \u00e7\u0131plak ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u00f6rneklerinden biri ise 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl Olaylar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. 1955 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Demokrat Parti iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde, K\u0131br\u0131s meselesi bahane edilerek az\u0131nl\u0131klara y\u00f6nelik geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir sald\u0131r\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015ftir. Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Selanik\u2019teki evine bomba at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki provokasyonla kitleler y\u00f6nlendirilmi\u015f, \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanan gruplar \u0130stanbul\u2019da Rum, Ermeni ve Yahudilere ait ev ve i\u015fyerlerini ya\u011fmalam\u0131\u015f, kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik a\u011f\u0131r sald\u0131r\u0131lar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f, ibadethaneler tahrip edilmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin seyirci kalmas\u0131, bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n spontane de\u011fil, organize oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6nemin \u00d6zel Harp Dairesi yetkililerinden Sabri Yirmibe\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nun y\u0131llar sonra bu s\u00fcreci \u201cmuhte\u015fem bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlamas\u0131, devletin bu t\u00fcr sald\u0131r\u0131lardaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Bu yaln\u0131zca bir itiraf de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda egemenlik prati\u011finin nas\u0131l i\u015fledi\u011fine dair bir g\u00f6stergedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn bu tarihsel \u00e7izgiye bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ink\u00e2r\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015fi \u00f6rtmeye y\u00f6nelik bir refleks olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u0130nk\u00e2r, ayn\u0131 zamanda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc egemenlik ili\u015fkilerinin korunmas\u0131n\u0131n bir arac\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu tarihsel su\u00e7larla y\u00fczle\u015fmek, yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015fi de\u011fil, mevcut iktidar yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 temelleri de sorgulamay\u0131 gerektirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle mesele, bu tarihi milliyet\u00e7i reflekslerle savunmak ya da dar bir kimlik tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak de\u011fildir. As\u0131l mesele, bu tarihsel ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve halklar\u0131n ortak \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 temelinde yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, bu topraklar\u0131n tarihi yaln\u0131zca katliamlar\u0131n tarihi de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda halklar\u0131n birlikte \u00fcretme, birlikte ya\u015fama ve dayan\u0131\u015fma tarihidir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131, T\u00fcrk, K\u00fcrt, Ermeni, Rum, Yahudi demeden ayn\u0131 \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131nda omuz omuza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, ortak bir ya\u015fam\u0131n maddi temelini yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ve b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc politikalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, halklar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 bu ortakl\u0131kta yatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle 6\u20137 Eyl\u00fcl ve 1915 gibi tarihsel k\u0131r\u0131lmalar, yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015fte kalm\u0131\u015f olaylar de\u011fil, bug\u00fcnle do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 derslerdir. Irk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve devlet eliyle \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen \u015fovenizmin hangi y\u0131k\u0131mlara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Bu dersin gere\u011fi, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fctmek, halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fini savunmak ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczenine kar\u015f\u0131 ortak bir m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131 \u00f6rmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, bu topraklarda ger\u00e7ek bir bar\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, ancak ge\u00e7mi\u015fle sahici bir y\u00fczle\u015fme ve halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi temelinde kurulabilir.
