Tarihsel olarak m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirme, soylula\u015ft\u0131rma (gentrification) ve g\u00fcvenlik\u00e7i kent politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen halk m\u00fccadelelerinin devam\u0131 niteli\u011findeki bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, bug\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00fcm orucu gibi en radikal direnme bi\u00e7imlerine evrilmi\u015f durumda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atina\u2019n\u0131n merkezinde y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00f6zy\u00f6netim temelinde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Prosfygika, devletin \u201cyenileme\u201d ve \u201ckentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tahliye planlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan hedefi haline getirildi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, basit bir kentsel d\u00fczenleme de\u011fil; kolektif ya\u015fam\u0131n tasfiyesi, alternatif toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bi\u00e7imlerinin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mek\u00e2n\u0131n sermaye lehine yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak okunuyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politik aktivistler Aristotelis Chantzis\u2019in 5 \u015eubat\u2019tan bu yana s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6l\u00fcm orucuna, 1 May\u0131s itibar\u0131yla Suzon Doppange\u2019nin kat\u0131lmas\u0131, direni\u015fi bireysel bir eylem olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kararak beden \u00fczerinden kurulan kolektif bir politik itiraza d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu eylem, yaln\u0131zca bir tahliye plan\u0131na de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011frudan bir reddiyedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 ki\u015finin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Prosfygika, g\u00f6\u00e7menler, emek\u00e7iler ve politik aktivistlerin birlikte kurdu\u011fu bir \u00f6zy\u00f6netim alan\u0131 olarak modern kent politikalar\u0131n\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma, rekabet ve denetim rejimine kar\u015f\u0131 fiili bir kar\u015f\u0131-model \u00fcretmektedir. Bu nedenle hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcfi de\u011fil; aksine alternatif ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerinin sistematik olarak tasfiye edilmesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attika B\u00f6lge Y\u00f6netimi\u2019nin 2025 yaz\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201ckentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d plan\u0131, sosyal konut \u00fcretimi s\u00f6ylemiyle me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lsa da, pratik sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6zy\u00f6netim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mahalle dokusunun sermaye lehine yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu durum, d\u00fcnya genelinde soylula\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen kent hareketleriyle de paralellik g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prosfygika\u2019da kurulan kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi, yaln\u0131zca bir bar\u0131nma prati\u011fi de\u011fil; dayan\u0131\u015fma, ortak \u00fcretim ve kolektif karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131yla \u015fekillenen politik bir varolu\u015f bi\u00e7imidir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle devletin m\u00fcdahalesi, yaln\u0131zca bir mek\u00e2na de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modeline y\u00f6nelmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada Prosfygika direni\u015fi, yerel bir tahliye krizinin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek Avrupa\u2019da y\u00fckselen g\u00fcvenlik\u00e7i kent politikalar\u0131na, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve toplumsal muhalefetin mek\u00e2nsal ku\u015fatmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 enternasyonalist bir m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6l\u00fcm orucundaki aktivistlerin eylemi, bu d\u00fczenin \u015fiddetini en \u00e7\u0131plak haliyle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131larken dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 da politik bir zorunluluk haline getirmektedir.
