M\u00fcdahale s\u0131ras\u0131nda 8 \u00f6\u011fretmen g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6zel Sekt\u00f6r \u00d6\u011fretmenleri Sendikas\u0131 \u00fcyesi \u00f6\u011fretmenler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na ili\u015fkin taleplerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve daha \u00f6nce verilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn tutulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fckleri a\u00e7l\u0131k grevinin be\u015finci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir araya geldi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011fretmenler, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 31 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde sendikaya g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi ve \u201c\u00d6zel Okul \u00d6\u011fretmenlerinin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Hayat\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 toplant\u0131 davetinin aradan yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen hayata ge\u00e7irilmemesini protesto etti. Sendika \u00fcyeleri, bakanl\u0131ktan somut bir ad\u0131m at\u0131l\u0131ncaya kadar m\u00fccadeleyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcreceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan polis ekipleri \u00f6\u011fretmenlere m\u00fcdahale etti. Ya\u015fanan arbede s\u0131ras\u0131nda 8 \u00f6\u011fretmen g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011fretmenler ad\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan \u00d6zel Sekt\u00f6r \u00d6\u011fretmenleri Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Eren Edebali, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkilileriyle bir y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemedi\u011fini belirtti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edebali, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na mahk\u00fbm edildi\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u201cBir y\u0131ld\u0131r yap\u0131lmayan bu toplant\u0131n\u0131n bedelini \u00f6\u011fretmenler \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z 10 ayl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor, yaz aylar\u0131nda i\u015fsiz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. Taban maa\u015f talebi yaln\u0131zca \u00fccret meselesi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin gelecek g\u00fcvencesidir\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n neden yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileriyle yapt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede \u00f6\u011frendiklerini ifade eden Edebali, bakanl\u0131k yetkililerinin i\u015fveren derneklerinin onay vermedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylediklerini aktard\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu duruma tepki g\u00f6steren Edebali, \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin y\u0131llard\u0131r ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar ortadayken \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu i\u015fveren derneklerinin insaf\u0131na b\u0131rakmas\u0131 kabul edilemez.
